1. The service and its results
NOESIS provides online tasks in reasoning, working memory, visual attention and spatial reasoning, and a digital report for a completed assessment. Scores convert task performance using NOESIS criteria. The service does not provide a standardized clinical IQ examination, medical diagnosis or clinician consultation. Percentiles are calculations under the distribution model identified in the report. Learning, everyday-life and career descriptions are informational; they do not determine aptitude, disability, social adjustment or real-world outcomes.
2. Eligibility and requirements
You must be at least 18. Provide an accurate age and email address and complete your own assessment. You need a current browser with JavaScript and cookies enabled, a stable internet connection and a PDF reader. Follow task deadlines and instructions. Connection failures, interruptions and outside assistance can affect performance.
3. Price, payment and purchase
Taking the assessment is free; the full report is paid. Review the displayed price and currency and the final total, including applicable taxes, before payment. Purchase is a one-time payment for one report, not a subscription or automatic renewal. Lemon Squeezy processes the purchase as Merchant of Record and issues the receipt. Its Buyer Terms also apply to the transaction. Available methods, including cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal, depend on device, country and provider eligibility.
4. Report delivery and access
After the assessment is completed and payment verified, its online report unlocks and PDF download becomes available. The PDF is emailed to the address registered before the assessment. Verification and email processing can take time, and receiving providers may delay delivery. Check spam and the registered address; you can download the PDF or use the resend control in the report. Access is linked to the assessment browser session. Keep the recovery code safely for another device. Save the PDF because perpetual online availability is not guaranteed. 5. Cancellation, refunds and problems
We offer no additional voluntary change-of-mind refund period beyond statutory rights. This does not restrict legal withdrawal or cancellation rights or remedies for non-delivery, duplicate charges, reports not matching the contract or description, or functional defects. Depending on the issue and applicable law, you may request supply, correction, price reduction or refund. Opening or downloading a report is not treated as automatically waiving statutory cancellation rights. Include order number, purchase date, purchase email and your request. No reason is needed where the law allows withdrawal without one. Payment requests can also be submitted to Lemon Squeezy; refunds are processed through the purchase payment channel.
6. Consumer rights in your country
Your chosen language or IP country does not determine applicable law. Mandatory consumer protections applicable to your habitual residence take precedence over these terms. This includes relevant EU/EEA and UK distance-contract withdrawal and digital-content conformity rights, Korean statutory withdrawal and non-conformity remedies, Brazil’s seven-day withdrawal for qualifying remote purchases, and applicable Australian consumer guarantees. Applicable cancellation, refund, fair-trading and privacy rights in Japan, China, the US and other countries or regions also remain intact. A digital-content exception requires the disclosures and valid consent required by the relevant law; these terms do not substitute for that consent.
7. Personal information and email
Age, occupation category, registered email, answers and results are used for assessment operation, report creation and delivery, recovery and support. We use session cookies; the app database does not store raw IP addresses. An IP-derived country code may be used for language selection. Render and Cloudflare support hosting, Lemon Squeezy handles purchases, and Resend handles report email; these providers may process information needed for their functions, including outside your country. Registering a report email is not marketing consent. Requests for access, correction, deletion and other applicable legal rights may be sent to the contact address, subject to legal retention duties and other lawful restrictions.
8. Permitted use
Buyers may view, save, print and share their own report at their discretion. Do not access others’ answers or reports without authorization, bypass assessment security, bulk-collect or resell question content, or disrupt the service. Rights in NOESIS tasks and site content remain with their rights holders. Legally permitted quotation, use and other rights remain available. Enforcement is proportionate and does not remove acquired statutory consumer rights.
9. Responsibility and disputes
NOESIS must provide the service with reasonable care and skill. Do not use informational results as the sole basis for important medical, employment or education decisions. These terms do not exclude fraud, intentional or grossly negligent conduct, personal injury or liability that law cannot exclude, nor restrict statutory compensation, defect remedies or access to courts and consumer authorities. You may first contact us to seek resolution. No mandatory arbitration, class-action waiver or exclusive foreign forum adverse to consumer rights is imposed.
10. Changes and saving these terms
Changes are dated and apply to future use and purchases. They do not retrospectively reduce promises or statutory rights for an earlier purchase. You can print or save this page as PDF. Keep the conditions displayed before payment and your receipt.
